چکیده

A novel quasi-brittle damage model implemented under quasistatic loading condition using bond-based peridynamics theory for progressive failure is proposed to better predict initiation and propagation in solid materials. Since equation of motion was invented dynamic configuration, this paper applies the adaptive relaxation achieve steady-state formulation. To accurately characterise process cohesive materials, we incorporate with Computational examples 2D compressive tensile problems are presented. This presents advancement by incorporating approach into a new amalgamation allows more accurate representation behavior damaged particularly static or quasi-static situations, bringing framework closer reality. research paves way formulation be employed far broader class behaviour than it now able to.
